• Full service facilities are offered to all existing customers and new customers alike.
• Standard swarf conveyors/ swarf management filtration systems come with a 12 month standard warranty; additional warranty can be offered if required.
• In the event of a breakdown we can guarantee 24hours minimum attendance.
• Spares for standard conveyors can generally be turned around in 24hours.
• On factory systems e.g. Rail network/aerospace/etc service contracts are available on request.

Cromar Metal Products are able to offer on site removal and re-installation.
Qualified electrical and mechanical engineers all carry Health and Safety passports with certification to ISO C5003 - Confined Space Entry with self rescue procedures for underground installation.

Customers will receive an immediate response to enquiries for both telescopic cover and conveyor repairs. With regard to turn round, we offer an unrivalled service and our large stocks of replacement parts enable us to meet the lead times demanded which can be as low as 2/3 days.
